Cold served food

Good I went passed this afternoon(23 Aug 2022) and my husband decided to treat us to some prawns. Firstly the lady serving us made us pay before getting the food and claimed she thought we wanted takeaway yet we were seated by their table. Secondly when the food came it was cold - like who does that? This surely is the first and probably the last ill ever go to that restaurant.
