Close shop please

I am regular at this place and to say I am disgusted would be an understatement the services today has been extremely horrible I had to call the manger more the once I ordered before I sat down as the gentleman was still cleaning I wanted the order to be placed asap as my son was hungry that took a decade. Then he suggested something completely different to what I wanted. And when that food came it was like I was being given it since I am begged without choice I have never in the passed two years been treated like this I don’t know if he was trying to get a lot of tips but he seemed so out of place that he ruined my entire experience of the restaurant and ended up feeling like I wasted money that I could have spent elsewhere. If you don’t have proper customer service for paying customer it’s better to close hope what a waste of a good 800 in this December I am beyond disgusted and in serious concern as to how many client were made to feel like this as someone decided that chasing a lot of client will help him get money in their pocket and clients are wasting their money with no repercussions I am disgusted
