Bad experience at Mozambik the Pearls

My family went to Mozambik at the Pearls in Umhlanga during December and especially go there for their delicious prawns and out of this world coconut rice. Our waitress only informed us that there’s no coconut rice just before she brought our food. I lodged a complaint and emailed Nicole Boshoff at Mozambik but no one came back to me. We could have gone to another restaurant but specifically went there and paid with our hard earned money. I have screenshots of correspondence available.
