Worst customer service ever !

Worst experience ever dealing with this company . Nothing is communicated clear . When you engage with them they are very rude . Spoke to a man named Waayde trying to understand something about a service plan of a car I bought from them, instead of explaining to me he was very rude . Bought cars same time with 3 of my friends and none of us are happy about this company . Please do yourself a huge favor and STAY AWAY , don’t even sign anything with them . Just a warning to potential buyers . I’ve learnt the hard way so I’m trying to save the next person . My other friend even blocked them from his phone , that’s how much traumatized he is with the experience of purchasing from MMU.
