Northcliff branch: I'm really frustrated. When I bought my car, the sales team was very supportive and did an extremely good job, going above and beyond to ensure good customer service. However, it is time for my first service, and has it been an ordeal! The service department must really get some pointers from the sales department with regards to customer service. Every time I call, which is from last week Wednesday, when it was indicated that my service is due, I've been trying to call. I've had no joy. I've been trying since Monday, and even reception isn't answering now! When somebody at Autohauss Northcliff, after I've tried all options of getting through, finally could get through to an alternate number at the Service department, I tried to voice my concerns to the Service department about their customer service, but it's like it went straight over the person's head. No care whatsoever. I start work at 7:15 and asked if I could drop off my car and ensure that I get dropped off at work by 07:00. The person on the other end laughed and said that they only start working at 7:45!!! When I had a VW car, as well as other brands of cars, I always dropped off my car by 6:00 - 6:30 at their Service departments to be dropped off at work by 07:00. So, tell me... when am I supposed to get my car serviced? I'm already 450kms over my service period, since last week Wednesday, as I've been trying to get some service! Saturdays are out of the question for me. Who will take responsibility when my service kms are over the 1500 km grace period, which it will be soon. Bernice Parker

Wow what exceptional customer service I got from Nkosi at MMU Motors here in Klerksdorp, I purchased car from them and at first I struggled to get what I'm supposed to get "Car with the price I saw, License register and Disc" but because of him I am happy and my face is full of smile, every time and every day when i drive my babe..! I salute him and If I was ambassador of Tata Motos I was gonna place him to where he belongs. I can't wait for my first car service with his presence..!

am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the delayed settlement of my trade-in vehicle by MMU Klerksdorp. On 31 January, I traded in my GWM P-Series (Registration: LMF 369 NW) for a GWM P300. As part of the agreement, MMU Klerksdorp was expected to settle the outstanding balance on my previous vehicle. However, to date, the account has not been settled. As a result, I am now in arrears on the old vehicle account, and the bank continues to contact me regarding missed payments. Furthermore, debit orders are still deducting. This situation is unacceptable, as I have already fulfilled my part of the agreement. The delay in settlement is negatively affecting my credit profile and financial stability. I kindly request the following urgent actions: Immediate settlement of the outstanding balance on the traded-in vehicle Proof of payment confirming that the account has been settled Reimbur*****t of any debit orders deducted after the trade-in date Written confirmation that this matter has been resolved
