SELLING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER FALSE PRETENCES

On 16/10/2015 I bought a car at MMU Motors I was interested in a Ford fiesta. The salesman suggested I rather buy the Hyanda 1.4 Fluid I 20 because the Hyundai still has a service plan. When I took my vehicle to Hyandai for the 45000 km I was informed the plan had expired. I went back to MMU they sent the car for service at a non accredited garage to service. I found out that I did not buy a 120 Hyundai 1.4 fluid. The MMU garage sold me a Hyundai I20 1.2 Motion. The car was sold under false pretences. I paid for the 45000 km service at Hyundai Klerksdorp to keep my warranty in order. Please reverse the contract. Pay me the money for the service. I dont want the wrong car with no service plan the cost of the service was R1548.00.
