Extremely bad service

I am highly disappointed in the service I have received from mmu motors klerksdorp and mmu Northcliff. They were so efficient in selling me a car, but I have issues with a settlement from Dec 2024, no is able to give me answers, they are now avoiding my calls (klerksdorp). I phoned the head office in Northcliff, i asked to speak to someone in person and the lady said to me there is no one to speak to I need to send a mail. Worst service ever, I will never do business with them again.
