Complaint Against MMU and Trading Autohaus
I reported a complaint in May 2024 of a C63s AMG I bought at MMU Trading Autohaus Beyers Naude and within 24hrs the dealer requested me to bring the vehicle back for repairs. The vehicle was in for repairs for three weeks. The vehicle was delivered on 19 Jul 2024 and the only thing done on the vehicle was the painting of the rear bumper instead of replacing the bumper as indicated on the quotation, which I suspect that it was bumped and they decided to paint it.They then polished the body of the vehicle, the other repairs quoted on the previous quotation which they are agreed to repair was not done. The dealer has been sending me from Pilar to post since December 2023 and I'm thinking taking the route of the Lawyer's because they are not keeping their promises.
