Bad reception. Bad salesman

I’ve received the most appalling reception. A case where after a sale, they forget about the customer.

I got a 2015 Polo Vivo through MMC, and three weeks later, I still had an expired licence disc, damaged bumper, damaged front light cover and damaged windscreen, and hadn’t received the cash back I was promised to fix the damages on the car.

Furthermore, I still hadn’t received any papers for the car. I am basically owning a car I cannot drive.
