Poor Service

<p>It's quiet shocking really I never expected this kind of service. I bought a car from this dealership last week Wednesday they were so quick to rush me with signing up documents whereas the car is not even ready yet still haven't picked up the car as they say it's still being serviced since Friday. My question is why not make sure that the car is properly services and road worthy certified before selling it to customers delaying the entire sale process, or is it because now that the bank has paid them out they now don't really care about the customer? This is so unacceptable and I'm really not happy about it, imagine buying a car on Wednesday and today it's Monday but that car is still not in your possession, would you be happy about that?</p>
