I had a really good experience with Turcia. She was friendly and easy to talk to, and she actually listened to what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me anything. She explained things in a simple way and knew her products well, which made everything feel a lot easier and less stressful. I also liked that she wasn’t pushy at all—just helpful and honest. Overall, I’m really happy with the service I got from her and would definitely recommend asking for Turcia if you need help.

MMA CARS PINETOWN - FORD ECOSPORT ONGOING ISSUES
I have taken a 2021 Ford EcoSport 1litre Turbo Titanium Car though MMA Cars towards the end of November 2025 on a Finance Deal with MFC. After driving the car for a few weeks the wrench tool light came on the 5 January 2026 and so I contacted the sales person and he told me that I can only bring the car in car in on the Wednesday as the workshop will only be up and running then. I took the car in on the Monday and the workshop managed to clear the fault though a third party workshop. On the 13th January 2026 I was driving to a client when the car started smoking a blue smoke and the wrench tool light and engine light came on and all power from the car was lost, I drove the car directly to the dealership and dropped the car off as it was not drivable. I then was following up every second or third day with Riaan - Sales Executive who sold me the car for an update and eventually he came back to me saying there was a engine problem, pistol 1 and 2 where an issue and that his Dealer Principal - Mike will call me to discuss the next step. Mike called me on the Friday 23 January 2026 and told they have the right to repair first and I told him that I didn't want the car back as its got a major issue and that I wanted to be put into a different car to which he said they will request a settlement for the current car and trade it in and then I will have to refinance another car and the full settlement which be added. I told him again that I didn't want the current car back as I was not happy with the problems I have experienced. I feel like I am being bul**** into a repair and to top it off they even tried to do the claim for the repair on my current extended warranty which I didn't approve. Whilst they did give me a loan car to drive, when my EcoSport was repaired they gave me an ultimatum to take my car as they wanted there loan car back. The EcoSport was delivered on Thursday the 2 April 2026 and it gave me problems again with the Service Light coming on again, the car is back in the workshop again.

I recently purchased a vehicle with MMA CARS PINETOWN. I must say the experience and service were refreshing from start to finish. From my initial interaction with the sales executive at the branch (Jonathan), I felt the passion for service and eventhough finalization of the deal took a little longer than anticipated, Jonathan remained in constant contact - always friendly, providing updates and ensuring he maintains the great service until delivery! The car I collected was also exactly as advertised, clean, as new and perfectly befitting the online adverti*****t(she drives like a beauty). Accident cars and they issue warranty that doesn't cover the car don't trust this dealership😡
1.This car when was supposed to be delivered to Gauteng it didn't as it got faulty while they coming to Gauteng. 2.This car is i bought it i only drove it 8 times and only sartadays. 3.The car after one month it just shutdown on me on a freeway locking everything including brakes I nearly lost my live and others. 4.I towed the car to Hyundai woodmeat to check the problem,got the results,they say the problem is with the computer box and it was caused by the accident that this car was involved in before they will need 93k to fix it.mind you before buying this car I've asked if it was involved in an accident before Jonathan said no it's accident free. 5. I bought this car because of its low mileage as it was 120km guess shay when they check it at Hyundai it was over 300km. 6.Ok then I've been talking to the MMAcars salesman (Jonathan) about this and I'm paying for a warranty on my installment . 7. Jonathan told me to find a warehouse that can fix this i got someone they fixed this car but now they not willing to pay African Pride as the warranty did not cover the Computer box..so I won't be paying for something that I don't house or even used and sold it with false information. Please see the Hyundai attachment and the car fault i don't use this car and it gave me problems with a month.
