Poor customer service
I bought a car on 26 November 2022 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4 On the day the car gave me problems They said I should take the car to a place where it can be fixed. When I was taking it to kokstad Ford they refused, then they opted that I should take it some where. Then the car engine failed.
The car was towed to Edwins in harding The dealership asked for a quotation, Edwin did send them, they did not agree to the quotation and the dealership took the car from Edwins to durban.
I told them I no longer want the car, I'm canceling the deal.
I called Wesbank to cancel the deal I have not received any update.
