Car was sold as mint, full service history, no crashes. All lies. AA warranty did not pay out when engine failed due to aftermarket parts used in rebuild prior to sale-undisclosed by dealer. Mma cars refuse to help in anyway stating it is more than 6 months after sale. Say I must complain to the warranty holder AA from whom I purchased a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty, financed with the car. Of R48k to fix the car AA offered to pay 8000. I have not even done 15k I’m in the vehicle. My mother bought an Audi A7 from them and noticed that there was no spare tyre, they **** and told her they were runflats, this was untrue and only after a threatening letter from her attorney did they supply the spare. When I bought the car the salesman Mitchell Naiker said if I gave him cash he would ensure certain things would be done to the vehicle. I caved under pressure, complained to the DP and was refunded. All around awful service. Would never buy a vehicle from them

25 Apr 2023, 10:14I have had no accidents in the vehicle someone reversed at walking speed into the bumper whilst the car was parked. When I took the car to the panel beater he showed me the car had been in a massive front end smash. Why does the rebuild not appear in the service history? Why was the crash never picked up? Secondly that car went back the very first day I purchased it and 3 more times over the following weeks. This is all easily proved based on my WhatsApp exchanges with Mitchell. It’s okay I have already lodged a complaint with the ombudsman. The fact that the car you sold to my mother (also with a supposed FSH and a warranty that’s probably not worth the paper it’s printed on) is also throwing up fault codes and now we have found the engine mounts have gone. Shows that the gti was not a one off. Also how did you get the Audi through roadworthy with no spare tyre. I see someone else wrote a review saying the Cor was done without the car being present. I have urged the ombud to look into these claims as well. I believe you are dishonest and use inferior parts to rebuild damaged cars and then sell them as original, financed and with warranties that are completely useless. I will not let this rest. If the ombudsman does not compel you to rectify your mistake I will institute civil proceedings.
