PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE MMA CARS PINETOWN

In November 2019, I went to MMA cars in pinetown (139 Josiah Gumede Rd, Pinetown, New Germany, 3600) and was assisted by Predeshnie, I ended up taking a Ford Ranger 2018, at the time her service was very good. The vehicle was second hand so there was some work needed to be done, as well as the seats were supposed to be changed, she assured me that it would be done in a period of 1/2 months, which I have given them time. I kept phoning checking up what is going on, I send numerous emails to them. I had giving my vehicle in Jan/Feb 2020 for most of the the issues to be sorted out, they had taken my vehicle in for over a week I phoned twice to see what's going on, the second call a guy says no work has been done , so why take the vehicle on the last day before we fetched the vehicle they made us wait around 4 hours as they rushed and sorted out the vehicle. I have contacted them again in August they agreed again to sort it out which they have come up with a date so on a so forth. I told the consultant Predeshni to make arrangements to get it done she was supposed to get back to me she did not. I tried calling ahead does not answer the calls. so this morning I called in the dealership and spoke to Mike regarding it he didn't even want to hear me out told me he's a partner of that place so on and so forth, he said that I must email him which I have done over 6 times he said he doesn't know me and has not heard of my query. My point here is that when I purchased the vehicle that useless sales consultant Predeshnie only took the money only worried about the commission and did not really give a damn about helping me out as a sales consultant should do, she is a **** and gives pathetic customer service. I am really upset and as I have done my part I make my monthly payments but what is on my contract is not agreed upon. she is absolutely useless and should go for training or retire because clearly she does not know how to treat customers. Its almost a year now and what's agreed upon on my contract is not met. I actually want to give this vehicle back and take my business somewhere else as this does not suit me.
