MMA Cars in Pinetown

Hi, I bought a car at MMA Cars in Pinetown, I asked the sales man about accident history then he **** and said there was no accidents or body damage, then when I was driving a car there was a wind noise I told them they said bring it back so that we can check it, but they failed to fix it, I took it to Mercedes Midrand and Menlyn they discovered that it was involved in an accident and fixed with unauthorized mechinics, now I returned the car, they want R56000 shortfall I had in my trade in for them to payback the money to Alphera Financial service. Now I don’t have a car ,I don’t have R56 000 and am paying a car that is with MMA Cars as we speak.They said I must take my car back provided they will sell it back to me with R256 000 they settled plus another for minor fix they did in my car.
