MAKING MOTORING ABOMINABLE

I bought a car from them on the 29th August 2023, for which I paid cash for, no discount was offered. This is supposedly an AA Approved dealership and a report on the vehicle was apparently carried out. Well, there were numerous issues with the vehicle,a BMW X5 3.D, mainly squeaking brakes and serious oil leaks which i was promised would be attended too, though no mention of these issues in the AA report < very strange..... MMA had the vehicle back four times to sort these issues out , a total of 15 days out of the first 21 days since I paid for it, all at huge inconvenience to myself, as I am left with out transport to run my business and they would NOT offer a loan car. They did reimburse me for some Bolt trips, but most of the time i had to rely on other people to help out . I was told repeatedly that the brakes were sorted out, yet the squeak continued,then was told that the brakes were wet from the car wash and would abate in time.....that would mean every time it rained, the brakes would squeak ??? Was just deception and tall stories all the time and they would ask for the car back again for two days , yet keep it for four to five days at a time. Then they would insist that there was no oil leaks visible overnight while the car was with them, yet , when it is eventualy brought back to me, with in 20 minutes, various oils leaks appear on my driveway..... I was forced to seek another opinion from the garage that services my previous cars, and the oil leaks proved to be a serious problem, gear box to be removed, and not seals as MMA keep saying. Also in the report, was the brake issue, all four discs have to be replaced, nothing of which MMA even tried. Their so called mechanic did not even bother to refit the engine cover tray, let alone respond to the report that was sent to them. All in all a shocking situation and I was **** to from day one, not only by the sales person, the dealership owner as well. MMA should not stand for Making Motoring Affordable, rather Making Motoring Abominable......
