Disappointed
No Responses from sales team and management Mr Mike ,Full of empty promises . Had a meeting to get vehicle returned as I was not happy with mechanical failures on vehicle.. the in house mechanic for mma cars worked on 1 issue 3 times (inexperienced) , licencing department of company will make you ride a car with no licence , c.o.r was done without vehicle being present , list goes on

We always strive to ensure our customers receive an awesome experience when purchasing a vehicle but unfortunately we sometimes cannot meet all our client expectations.... This however is not the case in this instance on your 2013 Model VW Golf. We have undertaken all that was required in repairing your vehicle with guarantee and provided you with a Courtesy Vehicle whilst this was occuring. Provision of a loan vehicle is not our standard policy. In addition to running the vehicle through an AA Test Centre again to confirm the vehicle roadworthy we also providing renewed licensing to you.... No further complaints received for the vehicle and we closed the file accordingly.
