Astonishingly good service

Just wanted to rave about the incredible service I received from MMA cars, Calvin the sales person and Predesh the financier.

I app**** online on the evening of Sunday 27th of September. By the morning of the 28th before I could think twice about the application, I was notified that they had app**** for finance approval at the different banks. Financing came back approved but Predesh was not happy with the initial rates and went the extra mile to negotiate for better rates. The deal was signed off the very same day.

Seeing as I was purchasing this from Gauteng and completely online, I was extremely worried but after discussing the car with Calvin and receiving additional pictures of the undercarriage and engine bay, he went out of his way to take as many and as detailed photos as possible, I felt much more at ease and finalized the deal on the 28th with the caveat that a friend will test drive it the following day which went through without a hitch.

I flew done and picked up the vehicle on Saturday morning the 3rd of October and drove it back to Gauteng on the 4th.

On arrival at home the clutch master cylinder broke. I was readying myself for a drawn out battle with them and so I sent them an email on the same night and contacted Calvin the next morning.

To my utter surprise they took care of everything without any complaints or questions asked. The car was collected the next day (Tue 6 Oct), the master cylinder replaced and the car was ready for collection the very same day. From the time of failure till driving it again was not even 48hours.

In this day and age where good customer service is regarded as a luxury and not a right, having received this level of service feels amazing and I can't recommend them highly enough.
