Bad service and incompetence

<p>Found on gumtree</p> <p>Claimed to have repaired and serviced heatpump but did not work after - kept of shutting down - </p> <p>Kept promising to return to fix but kept missing appointments - eventually stopped responding</p> <p>Asked for refund but received no response</p> <p>Had to call another firm who redid entire job (for less) and it now works perfectly</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
