Worst Service ever, will. Never recommend them to anyone 😡😡
Worst service I feel like I have been ****med😡😡😡. Worst service ever, my refrigerator broke on Saturday the 3rd of January 2026, they were prompt to respond and came on the 4th of January to fix it. I specifically told the guy what was the fault and he fixed something that wasn't related to the fault, took the parts and charged me a hefty fee their call out fee is R595. On the same day after a couple of hours I informed them the problem isn't fixed. Today it's the 8th of January 2026, I am the one who is running after them. They treat customers like ****, who stays in this kind of heat without a refrigerator? They always giving ridiculous times to come it's never a specific time it's always time that is between never a certain time. All my food has been spoilt cause of this *******, they so unprofessional, pathetic and have poor customer service skills. Since Sunday I have been running after their ass and doing all the communication as if they doing me a favor. I feel like I have been ****med. I will never recommend such company to anyone. And ow their offices are magically in Kuilsriver but the address says Brackenfell🙄. The one star it's because there is no zero stars to give.
