ZERO STARS FOR DISHONEST COMPANY! STAY AWAY!

In July 2022 King Price asked me to have a tracker fitted to my Jeep as part of the insurance.The untrained staff member of Mix Telematics came to my home to do the fitment at my home - but removed my wiper covers and never replaced them. After a big fight i got them back - but this took two weeks! Needless to say the panic button never worked and after further inspection - the system fitted trained my car battery. Willard had to replace my battery at a cost of R4000. I cancelled the system and was asked to pay a settlement amount of R716. I got everything in writing. I had to take my car to have the system removed by EFC in Hatfield, Pretoria. EFC is the accredited fitment centre for Mix Telematics. EFC did report the system as being faulty. Now after 4 months Mix Telematics are still taking double debit orders and i'm told that me as a client didn't follow the protocol for the faulty system and EFC was not supposed to remove the faulty system. I'm being *********ed to pay an additional amount of R632.97 before they will cancell my debit order. Apparently after 1 year the client owns the system - but EFC removed the system and kept it. I'm just wondering what Devi would say about this - as I noticed an exceptional high 1 star rating for Mix Telematics on Hellopeter.Maybe we should consider a class action, because this company really deserves to have no clients EVER!!!
