ZERO service.

0 Stars for service. I logged a query well over a month ago and received a marketing email. On responding to this that my query was not a marketing query but a service request as a client i received no response. This was dealing with Thabo Maboso. Zero service. I then complained to by email and got a case number mentioning the total lack of service and received a ticket number ***6, this on the 26 October, now 8 days ago. Would you believe it? still NO RESPONSE WHATSOVER. I certainly hope but doubt they are of more use recoving your car if you do business with them.
