Zero service

I'm giving you one star because I cant give no star. I've been with you for 3 years, everytime I check it my unit is working i have a problem, due to the fact that the information on your side doesn't match. Why I dont know. I've even been handed over for collection because of a debit order you cancelled. Today I called you upgrade department and after 6 minute of the phone ringing in my ear I put down. I hope i never get hi-jacked.
