You CANNOT cancel a Mix Telematics contract
AVOID Matrix vehicle tracking by Mix Telematics!! It's impossible to cancel your contract. With Netstar I was able to cancel within 5 minutes. With Matrix/Mix Telematics, after numerous emails, WhatsApp messages, hours waiting on the phone to speak to someone .... nothing
