Yet another complaint

<p>It seems the only way I can get a response is through this forum. I tried your call center numerous times yesterday afternoon, to not get through to one person. Firstly, I had issues changing debit orders over, and had to beg for my money to be taken. Second complaint was after I cancelled my account with immediate effect with my Renault Megane, due to it being sold, and was billed for the month of July the day after I had cancelled this. Now I receive a mail stating that my new cars tracking unit has been cancelled as per my request with immediate effect? I have never requested for this to happen. To be honest after the last two months' experience I really wouldn't mind this being cancelled, but this has been paid for three years upfront by the dealership. Since it seems you really dont want me as a customer, please can you refund the three years upfront paid, and I will assign a competent company to take care of the tracking of my vehicle. I have been reasonably patient up till now, but I shudder to think of what would actually happen should anything happen to my vehicle under your watch.</p>
