Wrongfully reporting and selling my account

I am totally disgusted and shocked with what mix telematics has done.

I have settled my account that was in arrears with them on the 19th August 2025. They first had accounts dept agents advise me wrong including the account dept supervisor. I had to put a post up on hellopeter about it and Lorraine who is the accounts Credit control manager made contact with me and advised me on the corrections she had to make on behalf of her colleagues.

Since then they haven't update my credit profile correctly. It's over 72 Days since I have paid up my account directly with Mix Telematics and I have a paid up letter for that.

On 23rd October 2025 I contacted Lorraine because I have received an email from Nimble group saying I owe money to mix telematics who is their client. She advised me that I must ignore that email and she has notified them that she should retract that email.

Today when my credit bureaus updated my report I see that my account with mix telematics has been sold to 3rd party- nimble group. This is a bad look on my credit profile and its stopping me from obtaining credit from providers!

I am taking this to the attention of the ombudsman and possibly my attorneys!

I am tired of helping and doing the work that Mix Telematics was supposed to do on their end.

Whats worse is that they are trying to score 2 payments from me which is terrible and cheap for a company like this. I will never join you guys ever again!
