Wrongful charged
I have been asking this matrix to cancel my unit of one of my car that I had , with no luck . Instead every month I call to cancel I have been told about amount that kept on going up. Now I’m being charged for another vehicle that is no longer in my possession. I phoned service help desk was told that “ Mr Nkuna will get back to you “ story of old days.
