wrongful cancellation of my MX1

<p>My MX1 tracking device was cancelled and is no longer active, without conditions of cancellation being followed. The only condition was to switch it off if that King Price pays for it, because they are the ones that wanted me to install a Matrix Beame tracking device. I didn't agree to pay for uninstalling the MX1, therefore the MX1 shouldn't have been switched off.</p>
