Wrong panic button
I have apply for their tracker on the 07th July 2023,they have install it and give me the wrong panic button, I have called them, email them, even go to their Facebook page, with no assistance, and they're busy deducting my money while I'm busy reversing it back, my problem they will list me for their mistake and no one attending my case Can you please assist me
