WRONG COORDINATION REPORT ON MY VEHICLE

in 2015 I reported my vehicle ****** to Mix Telematics after finding it missing from where it was parked. they told me that they see the coordination that my vehicle is at Mogale City. I even asked them where is the place and they said Johannesburg I panicked and told them its not supposed to be there as I am having the keys and no one was given permission to take it. since that time and date their report was the same place. a case was open of ****** vehicle. that night when the police friend wants to help by sending others on that location and asked them to give exact location they became furious and said we are disturbing them as they are busy with the their team that is dispatched to get it and they will contact me after 5minutes as they are close to the vehicle. there was no call and the following day they still stick to their previous report until days pass and the insurance Santam wanted to close the claim. they gave Santum the same report and after more than I a month I found my vehicle at Tshwane Metro Pounding yard. they told me it was towed from the parking to the yard since that day I thought it was ******. they release it and for the police to take it out of the system it was found Santum has registered it under their name meaning its no longer my property as they compensated me with 40,000.00. I tried giving them the money back and showing them it was the tracker fault but they couldn't listen. I lost my car of 5 years to a mear 40,000.00 DUE TO WRONG REPORT I WAS GIVEN BY MIXTELEMATICS. I contacted them to take responsibility of the lose and pain they made me suffer but they couldn't give me reasons why the coordination the furnish was wrong. I am still haunted by every corsa bakkie I see on the road because of the loss. I am trying through legal advice to le Mix Telematics take responsibility but they don't reply to anything or any correspondence since.
