Writing off the outstanding balance request
I am not happy with the service I am getting from you..I cancelled the mx2 tracking device but I am still getting an email stating that I am overdue with this account of which I am not going to pay for it because your consultant were dishonest to me and I have paid for my first tracking for 3years to have a peace of mind therefore I would like you to write off that outstanding balance and update my itc profile since the problem was cost by your dishonest consultant...thank you
