Would recommend, but needs to improve communication

I would recommend Matrix, despite some communication challenges I’ve encountered. My experience has been somewhat mixed. When I owned my previous vehicle and opted for monthly payments via debit order, I faced numerous glitches with statements, and the call center was often difficult to reach. This lack of support can be frustrating for customers who require assistance after acquiring their product.

However, since making a three-year upfront payment in 2022, my experience has significantly improved. This payment structure has provided me with a great deal of peace of mind, and I hope to have the option to make another 36-month upfront payment upon renewal. Additionally, their tracking services are particularly valuable, especially regarding alerts for high-risk zones and general safety warnings like power down warning etc. I just wish they could do tests on the unit quarterly and let us know that the unit was tested - added peace of mind (cos you will never know whether your unit is still a'ight or not). Overall, I would certainly recommend Matrix for their tracking capabilities.
