Worst tracking provider in history - For your safety do use them DO NOT use them

I was foolish enough to buy into this tracking product after being referred by King price Insurers ( need to evaluate that insurer as well) that the product was exclusively cheap and it would provide an accurate location in case of suspected theft or hijacking. Only to find out almost 6 months later that even the tracking location is not on par. Firstly, having two cars registered should permit both drivers access to the Beame system. Sorry I was told only the policy holder can access the information - what happens in an emergency when family members are looking for you. Secondly the other driver which is my wife cannot access my whereabouts in case of an emergency without an SAPS number. This is ludicrous - not everyone has the capacity to reach a police station in case of an emergency yet Beame continues to stick to this policy stating that they have implemented the policy to deter spying. I eventually manage to negotiate that my wife is given access to the system. Two weeks pass and I call in concerned that my wife had been out at the doctor for a while. We have been plagued with hijackings in our area recently so its not uncommon to feel this way especially that the wife drives a VW Polo. I called the wife (phone was on voice mail), then I called Beame who confirmed she was on the road we lived on. My wife returned my call with a video call a minute after I hung up with Beame to show me items at a shop in a mall +- 10 km away from where we lived. How does the pin pin point location work - what if it really was an emergency. I signed a contract with Beame that is clearly oversold and breached by the company yet when I request a cancellation, I am told that I need to pay in based on the contract. I will never pay in. I will pursue this matter til the very end and a message to people that have experienced service failures like mine, please do not shy away as it allows ************ vendors like Beame to profit of the general public. We need to rid ourselves of *******. Kingprice refuses to take responsibility in referring me to a provider of this stature.
