WORST TRACKING DEVICE IN THE WORLD

DO NOT EVER RISK YOUR CAR WITH THIS COMPANY I have had my tracking device with this company for 23months only to call them everytime and hear that my car is in places its not ... today on the 27/07/2022 I was told my tracking device is not communicating with them and that if my insurance needs it to be working for me to be covered for hijack and theft my insurance should call them and speak to them .... My insurance company never begged for my business however Mixtelematics did beg for my money but now instead of them making sure the tracker is working they constantly reminding me of payment instead of guarding my car.... I AM WARNING YOU PEOPLE DONT USE THIS COMPANY AS YOUR VEHICLE SECURITY BE VERY CAREFUL YOU MIGHT LOSE YOUR CAR BECAUSE THE TRACKER IS NOT COMMUNICATING WITH THEM... Cant wait for my 3years contract to end I just want their device out of my car

I am sincerely appealing to the public anyone who can help me get out of the contract I have with this this company please help I need help I have a tracking device in my vehicle that is not working and all this company does is make empty promises about sending someone to replace the device its the end of a full 2 days no one is showing up to fix this major problem .... I need legal assistance or some kind of advise this people are taking for a ride
