Worst Tracking company in history MATRIX!!!

Most useless tracking company I have ever been with. I had a panic button pressed it by mistake a few months back still waiting for them to call me. Was told I wl be called if I'm ever close to the boarder never happend!

In the mean time I canceleld my things with them as I don't have the car anymore.

Noe they telling me to pay a settle.ent of over the 2k.

Sorry but for what? A service I never got. When i wanted to few my tacking record on the app from Feb last year It wasn't available anymore.

They took 12 days to respond to my email after my cancellation and after sending a mail again for them to acknowledge it! ( 29th of October)

Only responding 3rd of Nov! No wonder they get bad reviews and we all cancelling contracts!

To tell me to pay for something I never got what I was told the system do I think its pretty useless!

I cant pay a settlement for something that was not even worth my money! They promis high and what not but when they have your money neh! They don't care!
