Worst tracking company

Mix Telematics has the worst customer services ever...I started doing business with them in January 2020 where a tracking device was installed in my vehicle. In May 2020, I contacted them to explain that the dealership had de*****ed me and a ******** case was opened against them. In this, the Finance house cancelled the deal and my account was settled. The vehicle was collected from me on the 8th of May. I immediately contacted Mix Telematics to ask what the process was to have the tracking device removed. The agent explained that they dont remove devices but she will deactivate it on their side and that's that! I was pleasantly surprised that it was that easy...until I was billed that month. I made contact and explained AGAIN. I was assisted by a Simon Shiba who gave me his personal email and asked me to send all the proof to him. I immediately did this. He never responded. I kept doing followups to no avail. I then called them again a few weeks later...each time I have to tell the story AGAIN and AGAIN. I was asked to send the email to the cancellations email address. I did so. I waited. NOTHING. I kept doing followups...to no avail yet again. 2 weeks ago, I received a call from them. A lady asked me to send the original email as received from the Bank to the cancellations email address, I did so. I waited, no feedback received. I kept sending emails requesting feedback...NOTHING. Today I received an email from their DEBTORS stating that my account has been handed over! I immediately called them, they made me hold on for 31 minutes while they are "checking"...the call just cut while I was holding on. I called back and the receptionist transferred me to a number that is not working. I phoned the number for "hi-jacked or ****** vehicles", someone answered. I asked to be transfered, they advised that they could not. I have sent countless emails, rep**** to the email about the handover. No response. I sent a complaint on their website. NOTHING.
