Worst Tracker supplier ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You need to stay away from this supplier. They are the worst ever. I have sold my vehicle December 2022 whereby I have advised them to transfer my device to my new vehicle , but unfortunately they did not have any technical team to do this within the specified team. I accepted this and was advised to pay +- R800 for a new Device(again accepted this). Since then I contacted them thru out the year(x3 times) and every time advised that the department doing the installations will contact me. 2nd last time in November 2023 . Today 2/1/2024 I am advised again they will forward it to installation department and when I queried this i was told that the call was only logged in November. My reason is if my vehicle got ****** within the past year my insurance would not pay. so a week lead time is suppose to be more than enough for someone to contact you to schedule a date and time for a new device not a year.
