Worst tracker ever. Stay away

If i could give zero starts i would

25 july i phoned matrix and requested my debit date be moved to the last day of every month. As i started a job that pays me only month end On 26july i was informed my request was completed. Date was set on the 1st.

What happens????? I ****** get debited on 15. The old date.

I sent mesages, got late replies, saying date was moved to the 1st. Yet on 26 i had it set on 1st. Since then matrix does not contact me,no apologies, did not reverse the transaction. Thaynks to that i had to borrow money in order to get petrol to goto work........ once again i get debit today on 16th!!!!! I send messages on messenger and no reply!!!!!! I demand that the transaction be reversed on your side!!!!!!!! As now i dont have enough money for petrol. Once again thanks to you. Who once again failed to debit on the given date. I chose your service as i get more out.

Well now i wish i never joined matrix!!!!!!!!!!
