Worst service ever! Very frustrating.

I had my tracking device for over 7 years with Matrix, I sold the car July 2025, I’ve been trying to cancel my account since. I’m afraid I’m going to be blacklisted because this has been a mission. I speak to different people, they don’t respond to emails. I get different information everyday yet my account remains active. Don’t sign up, they’re the worst.
