Worst service ever
Worst service ever. We cancelled in 2023 and we are still being billed. They said we never cancelled even today. We even paid cancellation fee of R 1300 in 2023 and they never cancelled. It is having an effect on my credit score. These people are ****mers. We kept going back and forth between people in sales and the cancellation team. The left doesn't know what the right is doing. The device is nit even with us, its with them. The device has been with them since 2023

We still haven't received the recordings and unfortunately my husband was offered to pay 50% for a device that was taken out and is not even with us and cancellation fee was paid. My husband paid that amount because we were desperate for the paid up letter and looks like Matrix is giving us the run around on purpose.
