worst service ever by mix telematics company

one of the worst companies to deal with. Firstly they are a tracking company whom you never get hold of. In emergencies you are stuck but they are quick to debit your account.

I cancelled their service 2 years back but they continued putting my account on penalty and affecting my credit record. iI have contacted them again now but no luck what so ever and their account still appear on the credit as a none payment.

When you call, they make you hold only for them to hang up on you while you holding
