Worst service ever!

Don't trust these guys! Got a call from an agent and I had a tracking device installed in my vehicle. Couple of days later I found out that the product I took out was not what I was going to pay for. Basically I had to pay extra for a service which the agent said it was included in the package I took out. I sent an email to the agent asking to rectify this matter, but my efforts were futile. Called the call centre more than twice, requesting the call recordings between me and the agent. They just promise to call me back. I sent them a cancellation letter of which they demand that I pay for the device installed. Keep in mind that when I asked the agent to call me back to fix this matter, it was within the cooling off period of 7 days. Let alone that, my vehicle details are wrong on the certificate of installation. I can' even hand that over to my insurance. In the mean time they have deducted two premiums already. They just refuse to admit their fault. I've now given them over to the Ombudsman.

On the day that I wrote the original review, I received a call from Matrix Vehicle Tracking. The person from their cancelation department confirmed my query and proceeded to deal with my cancelation request. However, since they asked me to wait for 7 working days to get request the recordings between me and the sales agent, I haven't received any feedback from them and they still deduct my money. All this happened even after I sent them the proof that I did infact made contact with the sales agent, during the cool off period of the agreement, to try and remediate the issue I have or possibly cancel the entire contract since I'm paying for something that I did not agree to.
