Worst Service Ever
I cancelled a policy in September 2020 and received a confirmation email but they continued deducting from my account. Each month I disputed the debit order and sent them numerous emails. Then MBD Attorneys started harassing me with calls saying my account has been handed over. I emailed them proof of the cancellation and it was quiet for some time. End of 2021 the emails and calls started up again and I have to follow the same process again. They have listed me on the credit bureau and it is now affecting my otherwise good score.
DO NOT TAKE A POLICY OR DEVICE WITH MIX TELEMATICS.
