worst service ever

I have been trying to contract with Matrix for a new tracking system for 3 days now but: 1. you dont answer your phoone 2. when i finally get through the call cuts and no one calls back' 3. there is no urgency on dealing with customers and i hold on for 30 min at a time 4. i left messages to call me back with no response 5. when speaking to an agent, there is music blaring in the background at the agent is harly able to hear me 6. i have been trying for 4 hours to confirm my installation with no response

what shocking service. if this is what its like to buy your service, i dread to think what would happen when my vehicle is ******.

with this in mind, pls cancel my request and i will go to another tracking company that understands cutsomer service.
