Worst service ever

Never had a challenge until recently when I upgraded and experienced the worst service that is not even deserving of a 1 star. They would get a negative rating if I could. Firstly the device upgrade was not installed properly, the car didn't start after installation and they had to come back to plug some electrical cables which were not plugged back after installation. After that the tracing device doesn't update the correct location and their app is malfunctioning. You try to resolve through the call Centre and no one seems to care whatsoever. Calls put on hold or unanswered. Even tried reporting car as ****** and guess what? You wait forever just to be assisted. I am honestly switching to another service provider at my earliest convenience.
