Worst service ever

I wish I could rate them less than 1 star. The cancellations email for this company is not working and their agents insist otherwise. Strange enough they admit the debtors email is not working. I have been trying to cancel the service without luck and I even block them from deducting money from my bank, actually reversed the debit order. As of now I have been holding more than 40 minutes without a response.
