Worst service by far from matrix tracking

I opened an account with nedbank and inform matrix that they shouldn't deduct money from my current capitec account as i will deposit the monthly payments myself, and a i don't want to close my capitec account..after 3 months of paying matrix from my new account with immediate payments they still went to deduct money from my old account.

2 weeks ago they sended me an sms to inform me that i should call them because my one unit was faulty.....in my view they are supposed to call me as i am paying them for a service, this is at most unprofessional. I won't recommend matrix to anyone.

My ons car had a mx3 unit installed and when in wanted them to install a unit into my other car, they told me that the mx3 unit is no longer available, so they installed a different unit into my car but charge me the same amount as i was paying for a much better unit... daylight *******.
