Worst service

i have been calling matrix vehicle tracking customer care call centre since Tuesday till today, they don't answer their calls and they don't respond to the emails and what'sapp. I wonder then if the vehicle is ****** or hijack how will they help me. Am i paying for them to not answer their phones or respond to their emails and whatsapp, even their app is not working.

you can contact me on ***, i want terminate your service you are not trusted with my bike, i have been for five or more weeks, nothing has done to my complains. My bike is for business , since it doesn't have devices, or device is not working , i have pull out my bike out of the road since 30/09/2024 till i have lost an income of R3000, and i did let your sales consultant that the bike is for business.
