Worst of the worst!!!

I am extremely disappointed with this company, my mom has passed away in January and still, we received mails of her account being in arrears... Newest mail received is a notice of handover.... ***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am considering to close my own account I hold with them, they cannot seem to get their admin in order, and if they cannot get this right, I wonder where else they suck in. Perhaps in recovering our vehicles. Quick to deduct money from your bank but poor in getting feedback. I keep emailing *** asking for a senior member or director to call me, and never received even a mail back
