Worst (non-existent) service ever in the history of service delivery

Possibly the worst service i have ever experienced in my years of life to date. In fact, no service at all. no answer to calls. literally tried for the whole year of 2022 to get hold of different departments, i say this and i am not exaggerating, i have not been able to get hold of anyone. I have resorted to remove their devices from my car. worst of the worst.
